Calming Herbal Bath

A few years ago, I decided to make an outdoor bath area.

I dub it “The Hippie Hot Tub.”

Baths are an amazing way to de-stress but when you add the Mother Nature element, it takes it to a different level! I am in it…ALL THE TIME!!

It’s the perfect spot for morning coffee, an afternoon break, a peaceful ending to the day, but my favorite time to bathe outside is during a Full Moon. It’s just straight up MAGIC!

Today I’m going to share with you a recipe I use quite often. “Calming Herbal Bath.” It is extremely simply and effective. Let’s get to it!

What You Need:

1/4 Cup Laminar Mica Crystals (Read Benefits Below)

Fresh Flowers or Herbs (I used Red Rose Petals, Daises & Lavender Flowers)

10 Drops of Essential Oil (I used Citrus Fresh) Order Here: https://www.myyl.com/moonlitemama.com

Add Ingredients, Jump In & Relax! The last thing you want to do after a bath, is clean. I have found using a strainer to gather loose herbs is perfect! And if you compost, add the herbs to it!

What Are Laminar Mica Crystals?

Mica comes from a flat thin sheet stone found in the Rocky Mountains. The structure of this unique product has the capacity to collect and transmit vibration frequencies from the ambient free energies of the universe.

When Mica comes in contact with the human body or is in bowls around your home, the natural energy pulses, flooding the area and benefiting everyone. People are known to experience increased energy levels, less pain, and better moods!

It is said that Mica Crystals have the power to significantly reverse the aging process, restore function to many parts of the body and reduce arthritic pain. #winning!

What are your favorite bath time ingredients?!

Much Love,

Michelle
